Dear cyclist on 15th street,

I saw you run two red lights, one of them being the red light on 15th and Iowa. I saw you run the red light at Crestline and Billings further down. I also called Lawrence PD to file a complaint and left your description.

To the rest of the cyclists in Lawrence, KS, and surrounding areas: I now have Lawrence Nonemergency Dispatch on speed dial. This is getting stupid.
