Huh....

So I saw this squirrel today attempting to get this apple that was nearly as big as he was up a tree outside the Lee Center. The first attempt, he managed to get it halfway there, before the apple slipped from the precarious hold he had on it (using his chin and the tree while rolling the apple up the trunk) and fell to the ground. He then ran back down, and covetously guarded this apple, making small bites into it, and sneering at anyone menacingly (me included) who passed.



After some time, he had nibbled out a small strangle hold on the apple, and made another attempt at the trunk. Did he make it? Well... see for yourself.



Kudos to you, buddy. Big boo to my photography skills here as this squirrel is blurrier than a cook out with Bigfoot and the Chupacabra.

I'd also like to point out that this squirrel is a bit pudgy in the second photo. I guess the camera does add a few. Either that or campus squirrels are just way too well fed.
